Our AC unit wasn’t cooling our house and Reaves made sure he sent two guys out within the hour. They worked for a couple hours and got everything back up and running! We are so appreciative of how quickly they got to us and fixed everything!

Air Solutions helped me out of an HVAC jam on a Friday afternoon. Unimaginable, no other company would help me until Monday at the earliest. Reaves, the owner, took the call and the service appointment within two hours. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and was able to get me a new ECM for the blower motor installed the following Saturday morning at exactly 8am as he stated. Now our HVAC sounds like a brand new machine whisper quiet. This is the company that you want touching your air conditioning system. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. So impressive we signed up on the spot for the yearly maintenance plan which is pretty reasonable. Once again, thank you Reaves and your company Air Solutions.

Reaves is always so professional and friendly. I love that he uses booties before entering the home, takes them off when he leaves the home, and puts them back on if he needs to enter the home again. He always does a thorough job, and I trust that it is done correctly!

The 2 gentlemen that came to fix my AC were very professional, descriptive, and polite. They even visibly showed me what was wrong, not just tell me. They fixed it within 2 hours and I had a working cool house as soon as they were done. I believe their names were Jesse and Justin (I know they both started with a J lol)
The price of course was higher than I wanted it to be, but unfortunately that is how it is with these type of things that pop up.

They installed surge protectors in my a.c. units to protect them from power surges and got the inside a.c. up to current code. These guys are good at what they do and are very clean and neat when working indoors. They wore shoe covers when entering and re-entering the house. Awesome guys and awesome work! My whole experience was top notch! Our AC froze up while we were on vacation and my mother-in-law was watching the kids and house. Reaves answered on a Sunday evening and helped me troubleshoot through the issue that day to get up and running. They scheduled maintenance within 2 days to do an inspection and got the unit back in great shape! Jesse was our AC tech and was on time, communicated throughout the process well, and treated our house like their home.

Our heat quit working very early on a Saturday morning. Called seven HVAC repair companies including the company that installed our system and Reaves with Air Solutions was the only one to call back. He arrived when he said he would and he corrected the problem. I have only good things to say about the service and he has my business from now on.

I am so impressed with this company! Not only from the first meeting to discuss replacing my HVAC unit and learning the issues I needed to consider, to the day of installation I cannot have asked for more! Reaves, Tyler, Jesse, and Jacob were knowledgeable and professional, and extremely careful to not scrape walls, etc.!
Also, I like the fact that they are a local company meaning they’re not owned by a conglomerate that owns most of the companies here. And of course the final point is their pricing was better than any of the other estimates I got, but I did not feel I compromised quality! So if you’re in the market, definitely get them to give you an estimate!

I’m very appreciative of the fast and caring service. They came within and hour of my after hours call and I felt very comfortable with the diagnosis Jesse offered to repair my system. They were prompt, professional, and very honest. They bent over backwards to find the compressor and upgraded some of my features in an amazingly rapid fashion. They even offered a discount on my repair for signing up for their very affordable maintenance program. The techs that came were very polite and explained all they did and taught me how to use the new thermostat and answered all my questions. Our AC unit was frozen over. It was very difficult trying to find someone to come out on a Saturday. Especially the day after the 4th. Thank God we found these guys. Jesse was prompt, professional, friendly, and a straight shooter. He diagnosed the issue and remediated in no time. Most importantly though, you could tell he cared. That’s rare to find in today’s world. My wife and I have a child battling in the NICU and they were able to take one less burden off our shoulders. Our upstairs AC went out, and our home warranty company sent out 2 different HVAC companies a total of 5 times over 2 months. Once the AC started working, we started getting leaks in multiple places. Nobody could figure it out, and we were getting increasingly frustrated. Air Solutions and specifically Jesse were recommended to us by our plumber, and I called on a Friday afternoon desperate for some help. Jesse made it a point to come out the same day, which was huge in itself. He was friendly, knowledgeable and more than fair in trying one thing at a time so I wasn’t paying an arm and a leg off the bat. Most importantly, he thought outside the box and ended up finding that an outside pipe was clogged and was the reason the AC unit wasn’t draining. He fixed it quickly and thoroughly and gave us peace of mind after 2 months of dealing with issues. It’s very hard to find honest, reliable HVAC companies, and Air Solutions is just that. We will never use anyone else!

My A/C went on the fritz on a Sunday night- a hot Sunday night. After reading the rave reviews for Air Solutions servicing Baldwin County, I contacted them. I left a message with their answering service hoping to get an appointment early in the upcoming week. To my surprise Jesse called me five minutes later. He was in the area and would come out and take a look at my A/C. ( there is a higher service charge for a Sunday- but it was worth it!). Jesse diagnosed and fixed the issue in about 30 minutes. So nice and professional. Air Solutions is now my go to HVAC service. What a great experience.

Amazing service, saved me TONS of money.

We are members of the Cool Club and had our first "check-up" last week. Reaves Nelson was on time, texted he was on his way, was friendly, professional and informative. Our builder-grade A/C unit has some damage that will impact the life of the unit and explains why we aren't getting optimal performance. Replacing these units is expensive. Reaves explained so much to me (including the difference between the compressor and the condenser…I will still get them confused!) and offered options for when we are ready to bite the bullet. I texted Reaves after the visit with some questions and he responded right away. I cannot say enough about this company and the service they provide. After struggling with high humidity issues inside our home for over 2 months, we called Reave and he came out on Labor Day- identified the problem quickly and fixed it immediately!
