This page explains, in plain language, what information airsolutionspros.com collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Who we are

Air Solutions Heating & Cooling, LLC ("Air Solutions", "we", "us") is a heating and cooling company at 1410 US Highway 98, Suite N, Daphne, AL 36526. You can reach us at (251) 300-9817 or office@airsolutionspros.com.

Information we collect

What you give us. When you fill out a form (for example a service request, quote, emergency or Cool Club form) we collect what you type: usually your name, phone number, email address, service address or town, and a description of what you need. Some forms also ask about your system (such as its approximate age) or your home (such as its approximate size). When you call us, we get your phone number and what you tell us on the call.

What the site collects automatically. Like most websites, the site collects technical information when you visit: your IP address (and the rough location it suggests), your browser and device type, the pages you view, and the website or ad that sent you here. If you came from an ad, this includes the click identifier added to the link (for example Google's "gclid") and any campaign tags ("UTM" parameters). When you tap a phone number on the site, we record the time, the page and that technical information so we can tell which pages lead to calls. The site cannot see your phone number when you tap to call.

How we use it

• To answer your request, schedule service and follow up.
• To provide and keep records of the work we do.
• To keep the site working, secure and free of spam.
• To understand how people find and use the site, and improve it.
• To measure which of our ads lead to calls and service requests.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with companies that help us run the business and this site, and only for that purpose:

• Website hosting: Vercel hosts the site and keeps short-term server logs.
• Spam protection: Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form is sent by a person, not a bot.
• Email delivery: Resend delivers your form request to our office and sends you a confirmation email.
• Our website and advertising agency: the company that builds this site and runs our ads receives form details and phone-tap records to filter spam, keep the site working and measure results.
• Scheduling software: our office uses Housecall Pro to schedule and track jobs.
• Analytics and advertising: Google, Vercel and Ahrefs, as described below.
• Financing: a financing lender, only if you choose to apply for financing.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

Analytics, advertising and cookies

Cookies are small files your browser stores. Here is what runs on the site today. Each outside service follows its own privacy policy.

• Google Tag Manager loads the Google tools below.
• Google Analytics measures how visitors use the site (pages viewed, time on the site, where visitors came from). It sets cookies with names starting with "_ga".
• Google Ads conversion tracking tells us when a visit from one of our Google ads leads to a form request or a phone call. It sets cookies with names starting with "_gcl" to remember the ad click.
• Google call tracking. If you arrive from a Google ad, the phone number shown on the site may be replaced with a Google forwarding number, so Google can report that a call came from an ad. Google then shares call details with us, such as the time and length of the call and the calling number.
• Enhanced conversions (Google). When you send us a form, the email address and phone number you entered are shared with Google in hashed form (turned into a scrambled code that can't be read back), so Google can match the request to an ad click. It is used to measure our ad results.
• Vercel Web Analytics and Ahrefs Web Analytics report overall traffic, such as page views and the sites that send visitors to us.
• Our own cookie. The site sets one first-party cookie that remembers how you first and most recently found us (landing page, referring site, campaign tags and ad click identifiers) for up to 180 days, so a request or call can be credited to the right source.
• Embedded content. Some pages show Google Maps or Facebook videos. When those load, Google or Meta may collect information and set cookies under their own policies.

How to opt out

• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
• Manage how Google uses your information for ads in Google Ads Settings.
• Opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
• Opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at optout.aboutads.info.

How long we keep information

We keep contact and service information for as long as we need it to serve you, keep business and tax records, and meet legal requirements. Server logs, analytics and ad data are kept by the services above for limited periods under their own settings.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, such as encrypted (HTTPS) connections and limited access. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what contact information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by calling or emailing us (details below). Residents of California and some other states may have additional rights under their state's privacy laws. We will respond to your request.

Children

The site is meant for adults arranging home heating and cooling service. It isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page when our practices change and change the date at the top.
