Accessibility Statement

Air Solutions Heating & Cooling wants everyone to be able to use airsolutionspros.com, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or other assistive technology.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We are working toward that goal and fixing issues as we find them. We do not claim the site meets every part of the standard today.

What we've done

• A "Skip to content" link at the top of every page, and a main content area screen readers can jump to.
• Page language set to English so screen readers read text correctly.
• Headings, navigation and breadcrumb links marked up so they can be found with assistive technology.
• Text descriptions (alt text) on meaningful images.
• Form fields with visible labels, and error messages that are announced and linked to the field they belong to.
• A visible outline on buttons and links when you move through the page with a keyboard.
• Reduced animation for visitors who turn on "reduce motion" in their device settings.
• Phone numbers you can tap to call from a phone.

How we checked

On October 27, 2026 we ran an automated accessibility check (Google Lighthouse, mobile) on the home page, the contact page and the AC repair service page. Automated tools catch only some kinds of problems, so a page can pass and still be hard to use. The issues it found are listed below.

Known limitations

• Some small gray text on a few pages does not have enough contrast against its background.
• Some interactive tools, such as estimators with sliders and drop-down menus, are missing labels that screen readers need.
• Star ratings on review cards are not described correctly to screen readers.
• Content from other companies shown on the site, such as Google Maps, Facebook videos and the spam check on our forms, may not be fully accessible, and we can't change how it works.

We are working on these. In the meantime, our team can give you any information from the site, or help you request service, by phone or email.
