Reaves Nelson started Air Solutions Heating & Cooling in July 2023 with a license, a service truck, and a belief that Baldwin County deserved a better HVAC experience. Not better equipment — better service. The kind where a real person answers the phone, the technician shows up when they said they would, and the price you’re quoted is the price you pay.
That belief came from experience. Before starting Air Solutions, Reaves spent years as a technician for one of the major national HVAC brands — long enough to learn the trade at a high level, and long enough to see how the business typically runs. Too many companies send technicians who diagnose by guesswork, quote repairs the system doesn’t need, and disappear the moment the check clears. Reaves saw a gap: homeowners wanted premium service without the inflated price tag, and they wanted a contractor who treated them like a neighbor instead of a work order.
In less than three years, that approach has produced hundreds of five-star Google reviews, a BBB A rating with accreditation since June 2025, and a customer base that spans all 18 cities in our Baldwin County service area.
